Der Duft, ich hatte ihn Anfang Mai bestellt, sollte gemäß der Info aus den UK am 13.06. verschickt werden. Ich hab gestern mal angefragt, ob er unterwegs ist und um eine tracking no. gebeten.
Heute morgen bekam ich die folgende Antwort:

We have been informed by Illuminum that the fragrance should arrive in our store this Friday now. We apologise for the extra small delay - we have been informed by Illuminum that they have had a small hiccup at the final bottling/boxing stage. They are an independent, artisan perfumery and making such a high volume of this exclusive, quality perfume is a difficult process. We are very sorry that you will have to wait a tiny bit longer - we are keeping our fingers crossed and waiting patiently!
We will then be working day and night to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. We are sorry we have not been able to keep you as informed as we would have liked – we have been waiting for information from Illuminum and we will receiving regular updates from them.
Somit wird es noch etwas dauern bis er bei mir ist und die Abfüllungen dann an Euch rausgehen.

Die Antwort die gestern irgendwann im Laufe des Tages kam finde ich ein wenig
Ich bin, mild ausgedrückt, schon etwas genervt daß der Termin nochmals vom vorher agenkündigten 25.06. weiter verschoben wird. Nach deren Aussage ist es mir auch nicht möglich die Bestellung zu stornieren weil "der Duft für Sie persönlich hergestellt wird". Ja klar es warten nur noch genug andere Besteller auf einen Flacon und da könnte man vielleicht einen Kunden auf der Warteliste mit bedienen.
@Partyqueen, wie schaut es mit dem von Dir bestellten Duft aus? Welche Info hast Du bekommen bzgl. eines Liefertermins?

We are so sorry you have had to wait so long for this product. We are
entirely at the hands of the tiny English artisan perfumery which makes this
perfume. Illuminum was completely taken off guard by by the runaway success
of the fragrance, which has been unprecedented in the luxury brand market.
As the only UK stockist we can assure you that you will be getting the
product before anyone else in the world. Unfortunately unlike commercial
produced perfumes, fine fragrances such as this take much longer to macerate
and mature.
At present Illuminum have not specified a date when it will arrive. All they
have said is that it will be arriving with us any day now. They have
encountered numerous problems with this but please be assured they are
working as hard as they can. The information we have given to our customers
is the information we have been given by the maker and at no time have we
meant to mislead our customers. We would have liked to have provided our
customers with more updates but it was very difficult as we are aren’t
receiving many updates our selves. We did not expect the wait to be as long
as it has been.
We have received assurance that the items are being sent any day now so you
product will be with you very, very shortly. You are very fortunate to have
ordered when you did as the next batch will not be ready until the end of
